My stay at the Hotel President was better than I had expected and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and halls are fresh with nice carpeting. The breakfast which is often a weak point in Sweden was very good - there was tofu scramble and vegan sausages that are delicious and good quality breads (not the horror sold in local supermarkets). The cheeses were also excellent including high quality brie and hard cheeses. The coffee is non-drinkable but that is always the case in Swedish hotels so it is not a reason to reduce a star by any means. There is a slight buzz in the bath room (probably from the ventilation) but it really was not a major issue and this is coming from someone who is sensitive to noise.

A very nice hotel located near city center, will visit again if going back to this part of Sweden. Super clean, cozy rooms, gym, nice Lounge with option to purchase drinks well into the evening/night. Breakfast Buffet was TOP quality with great selection of foods and drinks. Excellent staff, especially want to praise the receptionist Laura, very friendly and nice lady

Very good breakfast! Nice, clean room with comfortable bed. The view was boring, but it didn't bother me, since I wasn't in the room so much during daytime.
