Massive breakfast with both international and Asian options. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with plenty of amenities. It would be great to reduce plastic waste by providing shower gel in dispensers instead of disposable containers. Convenient location, just 10 minutes by car from the ferry terminals.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Promenade Hotel! The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options that cater to different tastes—every meal was a delight. My room was comfortable, cozy, and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really stood out was the friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. The location is unbeatable—right by the seaside and just a short walk to malls, convenience stores, and restaurants. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, everything you need is within easy reach. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. I’ll definitely be coming back!
