+ PERFECT location (two blocks from Leblon Beach and one from downtown, with all its restaurants and shops); super friendly and welcoming service from everyone at the hotel; great shower pressure; everything clean and tidy. – Don’t expect the most recently renovated or that brand-new hotel feel, but everything is well kept. Highly recommend!
Not on the cheap side, BUT: The room is nice, the location (two blocks from the beach in Leblon) is great, and the staff is just great (there is always security and front-desk on site, and if asked for something the team is super-fast and always goes above and beyond to help their guests. They even gave us a birthday present and a handwritten card) Thanks a lot
Stayed in a junior suite. There was mold in the bathroom and there was no working toilet (the button to flush was broken). They only offered to move me to another room when it was time to checkout- and only if I stayed another night.
