Promenade Park Hotel

This is one of the best hotels I have ever seen, with strong security, freshness of food, gym for physical fitness, alcoholic beverages to enjoy, beautiful scenic surroundings, safe water swimming pool, and experienced staff. Whether you are here with your family, on business, or simply want to relax, this hotel will be the most modern and stylish for you.

The only positive thing is the location - in a city centre, near shopping malls and a pedestrian street. The superior suite doesn't look like in the pictures. The linen and towels are old and grey. We were waiting for the breakfast for almost 30 min and finally left without having it since we were in rush (couldn't wait longer). Will not come again. Unfortunately.

Hotel management does not care about guest experience. They did not want to issue a full refund for a day checked out earlier (I used a debit card directly at desk so there was no additional charge for them). Of more concern was that during this Covid time none of the staff members, including the manager "Ilina" wore masks, so guests were not wearing them either. Noise from dj music from downstairs restaurant heard on Saturday night and ventilation from food prep seemed to go right into my room smelling cooked meat at 10pm. WiFi did not work on the second floor. The only person who was working earnestly to resolve problems was one young woman working the night reception desk who helped me with luggage, prepared the breakfast plate (which took a long time for the cook to do two fried eggs) and moved me into another room to connect with internet connectivity. Too bad because it's a good location for walking around.
