My stay at Protea Hotel Blantyre Ryalls was fabulous! They let me check in early and check out late. The shower was hot and had a lot of water pressure. The food and service were wonderful! The gardens are gorgeous and we'll maintained. The price is more than I usually spend but it was definitely worth it.
I booked a room at Protea Blantyre for a few work meetings. The staff here is extremely helpful and kind, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The wifi, however, was quite slow which was a problem for work. I also developed some pretty bad gastrointestinal issues immediately after eating lunch here, which lasted for more than a day. The food itself also wasn't good - I had a salad that was so drenched in dressing it was uneatable. I'm glad for that, though, as I probably would have gotten even sicker if I had finished it.
Worst fillet steak I have ever had in this restaurant. It took one hour to get my dried and overcooked steak and take another 20 mins to make the payment. Even did not give us change after the receipt is done! Totally a disastrous night!!!!
