Protea Hotel by Marriott Mossel Bay

Absolutely amazing service!! The ladies at the front were so sweet and so informative. A gentleman carried my bags up while the desk attendant followed with a complimentary drink order they offer when you arrive. We arrived at my room and the gentleman set my bags down while the attendant set my drink down and both wished me a good stay, ensuring I could ask them for anything if needed. I had just driven from J-bay so I was excited to relax. Their beautiful and clean rooms made it easy to do just that, with a beautiful view of the Bay. Thank you all so much. I will ONLY stay at Protea when visiting Mossel Bay.

Our every request prior to her visit was met with such professionalism. Invoices and communication turnaround times from Alfonso was super fast and gave us such peace of mind. It was really very visible that our mom and her experience at your property was of utmost importance to the Hotel team. From a personal note written on our behalf, to a cake with the words "We love you" written on the plate with chocolate... it was all executed exactly as we arranged. We had a really pleasant stay at the Protea Hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to us. The place and the room was also very nice. We tried the restaurant for dinner and weren't disappointed. Also the breakfast was very tasty. You can make your own Gin if you like 👍🏼 Totally recommend!
