Love the hotel. Rooms decor makes it feel more cosy. The rooms smell so nice, just makes you relax and feel right at home. Its quite and not noisy. Thefood is great, and different to just your everyday hotel food that is the same everywhere else. Food is great qnd very tasty. The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful. Always love staying at Protea Hotel Nelspruit.
Our room 404 is total disgusting. We encountered cockroach 🪳(I have video) spider 🕷️ and blocked basin (I showed it to staff to which they said they can do nothing at the moment as no one is available). Hair dryer is not functioning. After a full day tour we came to room on first day to take this feel. We were thinking of extending our stay but now definitely not with this hotel atleast.
