I had my birthday party at this place and the most exceptional time here. I very grateful for Phillip who made sure my party was executed according to my vision. Phillip was very helpful with the planning and making suggestions to better my experience. The food was lovely, the waiters were very friendly and nice. The rooms were good size and was ready for early check in. The parking is plenty and safe. All this was on budget. Thank you for hosting my party and making my day extra special❤️
I stayed in a suite. It was fabulous. Very comfortable. Food service in room was outstanding. Overall a good experience
I was honestly disappointed with this stay as this is usually our preferred place of lodging for work, and won't be using their services again after this last experience. What you can expect to find on your stay here is as follows: 1. Drunk individuals partying until 4am (virtually every night) running through the parking area, banging on your door at all hours of the morning. 2. I received 1 toilet roll in the chalet for an entire 9 days stay, no replacements provided so I had to buy my own. 3. Meals delivered to room were cold, and the microwave was too small to fit their own plates. 4. For my entire 9 days, I was provided with 1 Saucer as the only plate I could use - once that was removed it was never replaced and I was left with no plates to eat from. 5. The lighting in the cottage wasn't enough to even allow one to find anything during broad daylight. 6. I ended up having to make alternative arrangements for the bulk of my stay as there was no way I could attend my work functions refreshed and ready for work while staying there. 7. When we arrived for breakfast in the dining hall, we had to eat off of side plates and the eggs were completely uncooked and running like water. Sad to see this place having gone down like this as this was our favorite destination.
