Really great family hotel. Choice of pools are great for families as one is more for activities and another for smaller kids and those that want a more relaxing time by a pool. Food options were great and staff are very hard working and friendly. They work tirelessly during meal times to ensure everyone has a great dining experience. The free bike usage was very useful and allowed easy access to the beaches, archery, puzzle room, football and gym were also well used and appreciated. Definitely something for all ages. The only small issues are the evening entertainment being a bit low key outside of the quiz which was great fun.

Excellent hotel, fantastic food and great staff. The manager is super friendly and all the team were friendly and welcoming. We spent time in both the adult and family areas of the hotel and were really impressed with both. Surprised to see negative reviews as we had only a hugely positive experience here. Negative reviews are possibly where people don’t research the hotel set up. There is LOADS to do for families and it was great to see families enjoying all the offerings of the hotel and entertainment provided. We’d definitely go back.

Definitely not 4 or 5 star hotel ….. Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly as Advertised We are currently staying here and unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing—especially as we booked this resort based on its family-friendly advertising. Despite being promoted as ideal for families, most of the resort’s luxury and quieter areas are adults only, leaving families confined to two small, overcrowded pools. These pools are also used for loud and disruptive adult-only activities, led by two reps who constantly blast music and shout through microphones—making it impossible to relax or enjoy any peace. The family restaurant is particularly poor. The food quality is well below expectations—bland, repetitive, and lacking even the most basic standards. It feels more like a cafeteria than a resort dining experience. Several basic amenities are also either broken or neglected. The lift in our block hasn’t been working properly, resulting in wait times of up to 10 minutes just to get downstairs—an inconvenience that’s especially difficult when travelling with young children. The lamp in our room doesn’t work, and the lifeguard—when present—is either far away from the pool, on his phone, or even asleep, which raises serious safety concerns. This is not the standard we expected, and certainly not what was advertised. It’s overcrowded, noisy, and clearly geared more towards adult guests than families. We booked expecting an inclusive, family-friendly experience and were met with the opposite. Very disappointing, and we wouldn’t return or recommend this resort for families. All the photos on the TUI website and the good review are from the adult only section!!! Shocking to be honest …. When you complain they acknowledge the misrepresentation and then advise there is nothing they can do!!!!
