Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel All Inclusive

Just returned at 1am from a week at this amazing hotel! Can not recommend this place enough, from the moment you walk in to the minute you leave the staff can not do enough for you! Food was excellent always something to eat even for picky eaters! Entertainment was a bit hit and miss but this does not affect you enjoying your evenings! Room was out of this world massive and the beds were divine!! The staff were great especially the young lad at the bar knew exactly what drinks you wanted before you even asked after only serving you once! Perfect location 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach! The animation team consisted of 3 amazing ladies who worked super hard and deserve every bit of praise! Already looking at coming back next year!

First time coming here. And oh my god was it the most amazing experience, food was delicious and always had something different for lunch and dinners. Breakfast was always the same but I'm not complaining as it was delicious as well. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff are so friendly and helpful when needed and always make sure you are alright. They also have entertainment every night, my favourite was the comedy. Not fair from the beach which is a bonus and shops are close by as well if you need to pick up some snacks or drinks. Thank you so much for a lovely stay ♥️ definitely recommend stay there.

Overall we had a great time at this hotel. Location was great as 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. The staff were all very friendly. The food was brilliant and they had a different theme every night. My 16 year old son is missing the buffet since being home! Never a problem getting sunbeds by the pool. Everywhere very clean. The pull out beds in the bedrooms were uncomfortable and could do with being replaced as slats were missing. We did report this and nothing was done about this. Where our rooms were located 3108 and 3107 it was very close to the entertainment area, so we could hear the music until closing time around 11, but sometimes slightly later. This was not ideal with an autistic child. Had we known we would have requested rooms on the other side of the hotel in a different block. Overall we had a lovely family holiday and enjoyed our stay.
