Protur Roquetas Hotel & Spa

This is our second visit. We've been as a family and as a couple. All the staff from reception, waiters, entertainment team and cleaners are all friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel. Food in both buffets (family and adult only) has a great choice and always cooked fresh. We ate in the Asian, Indian and Mediterranean Al a carte's, the Asian was by far the best, food was incredible, Indian was also very good however Mediterranean was basic. Entertainment and activities were brilliant, a mix for all ages. We are also coming back as a family next year as my kids absolutely love it here and always so much going on.

It's a lovely clean hotel with all the facilities you need during a holiday. The staff was extremely good, very friendly and very helpful. They have a good selection of food and drinks, pools are nice and clean, the spa is also great. The beach is easily accessible too. Great choice for a family holiday.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay with our 4 and 5 year old boys and it's one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It's definitely worthy of it's 5 stars. We had seen mixed reviews but everything was brilliant. We went a few days before half term started and it was peaceful with no need to get up early to reserve beds. When half term did start it did get busy but it's a big hotel which can easily accommodate. We took a few hundred euros but came back with most of it as the hotel literally has everything for free. Bottles of wine or champagne for breakfast if you like completely free. The splash zone for the kids is perfect for little ones. We'll definitely be returning!
