Protur Safari Park Aparthotel All Inclusive

Just returned from a 7 night stay with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. The hotel is very clean, rooms a great size although a distinct lack of storage space for smaller items of clothing. Wardrobe was good and after asking for more hangers they were there almost immediately!! The reception staff are very welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. Breakfast time was a little short on time in comparison to other hotels, with what we considered a late start time of 08.00am through to 10.00am. Pool area was always bustling and busy with laughter and it’s always nice to have music being played too! Just a thought, why not make the wearing of swimming nappies for the youger ones compulsory as a few pools were closed on a few occasions during our stay whilst “accidents” were dealt with and the water needing to be recycled and chemicals added! Bar staff are plentiful and you’ll never wait to get served, absolutely brilliant service!! Housekeeping is good too with the rooms being cleaned almost every day. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider a return visit 👍🏼👍🏼

For us this was the second time in the hotel and we had the best time. Was concerned as by far the cheapest hotel on offer when we booked it was even better than last time as recently had a makeover and the rooms are still pretty new. We had an apartment and it was perfect. Kids loved the fact that they were allowed their lilos in the pool. Would I book the hotel without kids. Probably not but with kids yes yes yes. Two minigolf courses free of charge, bike rental free of charge, ping pong free of charge. Pool £1 a game. Beach about 10 minute leisurely walk. La reserva aqua park reduced rates for hotel guests. Will definitely retun

I am happy to put a final review up now. I'd first like to say to the Staff well done. Their service is amazing and they can always help. I'd like to raise the lack of options that vary at Breakfast and Dinner. We found that we always seen the same food 6 of 7 nights a week. Restaurant staff (Ibiza) were also amazing and easy to deal with. They take hygiene seriously. I'd like to raise the issue that we could only book 2 Choice restaurants over a two weeks period. We found this quite disappointing and only got to experience Italian and Cardamon (am trying for Indian for tonight) We were told by TUI that we would get all reservations- we will raise this issue when home. Rooms cleaned almost daily - fresh towels, beds made. Lovely cleaning staff who are so nice! In my opinion, the hotel itself is a 3.5 star, but the staff deserve 5 stars any day. Having been to the Holiday Village Majorca which is operated by Protur, you would notice the differences. A big difference was that there was hot food available in Majorca HV at night and none in Safari Park. We would also like to thank the reception team for accommodating our son's needs. We would return! Thank you.
