Great stay. Very clean and staff are friendly. The food is good and the restaurants are recommended if you want to mix up dinner time. The pool is quite deep for younger children outside of the water pillow area. 1.7 at deepest. Good amount of activities around the pool and the kids club is recommended. The evening entertainment is somewhat strange some nights and below par but some other nights were better. Very limited selection of cocktails included with AI but the general range of drinks is very good. Estrella is the main tap beer for AI. Pool food at lunch is good and unlimited ice creams around the pool area. Beach is at most a 5 minute walk. Nice beach with shops near. Would recommend staying here and return.
We had a lovely family stay here July 2025. The staff were brilliant. Javier in the restaurant looked after us and our kids loved him. Kylian the entertainer gives his work his absolute all. He was tremendous. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and the 4 star rating they have is spot on. The food was good with lots of choice. Pool is a good size. Always got sunbeds in the morning. Although some people get up at 6am to reserve them 😂. Saw them on our last day as we were leaving for the airport 😂. Overall a nice week and we would return for another stay.
A good hotel, but one major drawback I stayed at this hotel with my two children. Overall, the experience was positive: great location, tasty breakfasts, friendly staff, and everything was clean and well-maintained. However, there is one significant issue that really affected our comfort — the noise level in the room. We booked a studio (not an apartment), so it's just one room with beds right at the entrance. Our room was located next to the staircase and elevator. Honestly, it felt like we were sleeping in the hallway — you can hear absolutely everything. As soon as guests start waking up in the morning, footsteps, conversations, doors closing — all of it is very loud, as if there are no doors or walls at all. The cleaning staff also started working around 7:30 AM, cleaning and talking quite loudly in the corridor. I mentioned it at the front desk, and it seemed to get a bit quieter afterwards, but the problem remained — the room’s location is unfortunate, and there is no sound insulation whatsoever. So my advice: when booking, be sure to ask about the room’s location. If you’re hoping to sleep until 8 or 9 AM, that may not be possible. Aside from that, the hotel itself is lovely, but this kind of “alarm clock” at 7:30 AM really takes away from the overall experience.
