Provident Grand Luxury Short Term Residences

I always have a great experience every time I stay at the Provident! The rooms are well maintained, and the property’s design is modern and stylish. All staff members consistently exceed my expectations and make my stay wonderful! :) Nicole did an awesome job and was very helpful and professional!

We had a great stay. The amenities were excellent and we had no complaints. The ladies in the office were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay. It is also in an amazing location, within a 2 minute walk of incredible restaurants. Could not recommend more highly.

I don't know what these reviews are saying. Majority of those people must be extremely priveleged. My experience here so far has been amazing. We drove up to the main lobby and checked in an hour early than stated. We were given our room immediately and were greeted very nicely. We went to our room and it is like your own little private escape. We went out to dinner and we came back to fresh towels and blankets hanging on our door. The pool is a bit busy since it's Memorial Day weekend, but was still peaceful. The worker there was bartending and bringing everyone food by the pool. Very nice experience. Located next to city place and in a great location for restaurants and stores. The rooms are very spacious and the patio is an added plus. Having a seperate tub from the shower is phenomenal. The floors are not dirty like these reviews say. rather, they are scuffed up but nothing crazy. usual wear and tear from use, nothing someone who isn't priveleged can get over. there's a full kitchen, with utensils, dish detergent, a sponge, water, and more. I did get the breakfast included in my stay so i'm excited to see what that is in the morning and how that works.
