Lo más lindo de todo es Bartolo (el gatito) lo amo, es muy cariñoso y lindo si fuera por mi me lo hubiera llevado para mi casa, lo malo Esque no se pueden entrar animales a las cabañas y que obviamente no pueda entrar Bartolo
The place has none of the services that are advertised in its website. Jacuzzi and Pool are not climate controlled. There are no therapeutic massages, only a massage bed (nothing special). The shower has warm water for 10 min only! There’s no activities what so ever. I have tried contacting them but apparently they blocked my number. I booked 2 nights and filed a complaint on my first night because of the lack of services offered. Got kicked out the next day at 12. No refund offered, couldn’t even get in contact with costumer service. If this place put the same effort in costumer service as it does in false marketing, I’d be amazing !
visited a month ago, very poor room service, rooms cold, nothing that is advertised is delivered, they should shut the place down for winter. i felt ROBBED, asked for a refund and got kicked out on my SECOND DAY. Id really like to know if i can persue some legal action. please read ALL the reviews, because the owners create fake accounts to lift up their own ratings!
