Puchner Castle Hotel

Had an amazing and relaxing weekend in this spa and resort. They have breakfast and dinner with a lot of choice of food that are prepared daily. Very tasty. The staff at the buffets are very kind, polite and welcomes u with a lovely smile. The reception staff explains you everything that is needed. Both spa and room are fully relaxing and very clean. Definitely coming back 💚

We were here for a business trip from Slovakia. It was lovely place with gorgeus welness, area and delicious food. Accomodation was very nice and spacious and clean. We had opportunity to try nice sport bar and had so much fun. Highly recommended for holiday or business trip 😊

We had a great time at this medival themed resort. As a resort, it offers theatrical events (open to externals also). In terms of location, people go here primarily for the resort. Overall, the resort is well kept, with plenty of activities for kids, including animators and optional (at cost) day camp. The dinner area has a supervised play area. The animators, Johanna and Tamas, were amazing 👏 , our kid wanting to return to the day camp and other activities with them. The inside spa section is nice (infra, steam, 90-100C and 70-80C finnish sauna, salt room, vip sauna section, plunge pool (not cold 🤔), swimming section) having an adults only section, although seances were not happening. There is a larger pool with an inclined bottom and with whirlpool. The kids' section has two slides and two baby pools. Water temperature was just good enough. The outside pool has plenty of places to relax, and it has a playground next to it. Its water temperature is refreshing in soaring temperatures. It would have been a plus to have a kid's outside water section also to make it less challenging for kids wanting to go inside. 🤣 Staff were refreshingly courteous and helpful. I was considering giving 3 stars, but the staff is just too good to compensate for some of the opportunity areas. 🤩 So, the resort loses a star due to food options and quality, lack of A/C or ventilation in the gym and bar/game building, and the A/C serup in the room.
