Fantastic Service at the pool and beach. Juan and Ivan are the best! Both are so attentive, friendly and professional! Despite the busy atmosphere, they never miss a beat—drinks arrive quickly, food served fresh, and they constantly check in to make sure we have whatever we need. Their positive energy really adds to the relaxing vibe. You can tell they care about the guests having a great time! Couldn’t have asked for better service! They are a big reason we keep coming back!
Absolutely loved my stay at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos! You truly can’t beat the location, and the service was outstanding. Every morning started off perfectly thanks to Leonardo, our server at the hotel’s breakfast restaurant, he always made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. This resort made our trip unforgettable, and I can’t wait to return!
Vacation with my son’s family, including 3 young children. We all had a great time. DANIEL was our poolside server and he was fantastic. He was very friendly and helpful. The resort rooms could use some TLC but very clean and comfortable. Variety of food was pretty good. Drinks were nonstop and we all loved that.
