Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort All Inclusive Adults Only

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is a beautiful resort. My wife and I spent 5 amazing days there and are definitely planning to return. Ana from "Siempre" made a great first impression of the service there. We were lucky to have her as our first waitress on our first meal there and she was great! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The service at the restaurants was amazing the only are were the service was a little lacking was in the pool area but, not horrible or anything. Oscar at the Peninsula bar made the best drinks in the whole resort! Jesus the life guard was also a pleasure to have a conversation with and had same good stories.

Currently staying at this hotel for vacation with my husband and family and it’s been a train wreck from the get go and hasn’t gotten much better on day 3 now. First of all, the service is so slow, it takes us 2+ hours just to grab a quick lunch anywhere. They must be seriously understaffed, but the hotel is not even busy so it doesn’t make sense. Second, the food is gross. I knew what I was getting myself into going into an all inclusive, but Jesus it’s bad, and the drinks are even worse. I will say, if you make your way to some of the sister hotels like the sunset, there are a lot better options. Also dinner is much better than breakfast and lunches but it’s just not even enjoyable whatsoever. I would not consider this a 5-star luxurious resort. The facilities are clean and nice, but lacking. The staff are nice but I would not come back here.
