We had an adverse situation (disappointing) of the room not be ready on time for check in. However, the manager on duty (Sofia) made all efforts to compensate which exceeded our expectations. Hotel is in a great location. Beautiful rooms, great restaurant and wonderful location.
Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff (other than the lady who only wanted guests at the restaurant for no longer than 40 min! ) beautiful views of the mountain. Fun activities for the kids (Christian is a great coordinator and our kids loved him) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area.
I’m part of a group of people staying in the hotel right now. The rooms are good but food and service is horrible. We have been in this hotel for the past 3 days and breakfast, lunch and dinner was part of our stay. we had the same food for lunch and dinner. Horrible management and service. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Not recommend this place, especially for groups and event.
