The team-building session was a great experience overall. The food provided was delicious, and all the games were fun and engaging. The trainer did an excellent job in facilitating the activities. The facilities provided were also comfortable and well-maintained. Most importantly, the activities were well-organized and followed the scheduled timeline.

Had a group review at Pulai Springs. Sabrina the coordinator from Pulai Springs has been top notch. Prompt, polite and answered all my queries prior to engaging them for our review. Everything was seamless, from check in to meals and our group review. Hall has been upgraded with new led screen. Sound system is good. We have no issues with all the electrical system available to us. Kudos to Sabrina and the staffs in Pulai Springs. Best value for money resort!

Hall Usage - We held our 2025 church camp at Pulai Springs with close to 200 participants. From the planning stage all the way to the end of the camp, the team was consistently prompt and responsive. A smooth and pleasant experience overall. Working with the events team was truly a joy — they were extremely patient and took the time to address all my queries thoroughly. I really appreciated their support throughout the entire process. Although the resort is older, the rooms and facilities were well maintained — clean, comfortable, and without any musty or old smell. It made for a pleasant stay for all our campers. The food was a bit of a letdown initially, with too many fried items during the first few days. However, the team was receptive to feedback and made adjustments, which we greatly appreciated. As someone who is health-conscious, I felt that the breakfast options were a bit heavy on carbs — I’d love to see more protein and vegetables in future menus. Overall, still a great venue for large group events, and we’re thankful for the team’s hospitality and effort!
