The hotel is large, and the quality and cleanliness of the rooms are perfect, offering great value for money. I was also very satisfied with the friendly and helpful service at the front desk. Although the location is 4–5 km away from the city center, it’s not a big issue since you can get there in about 10 minutes using Volt for 3–4 manats (around 2 USD). The breakfast didn’t have a wide variety, but it should be sufficient for a 1-2 night stay. I highly recommend this place to those who are on a budget but still want to enjoy services comparable to a 4-star hotel.

Mixed Experience – Needs Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel and had a few concerns. There was no hair dryer provided in the room, and the staff at the front desk were quite slow, unhelpful, and not very friendly. Calling the reception from the room phone was pointless, as they never picked up. Additionally, the old-style plug points were not compatible with modern chargers, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the housekeeping team was sweet, efficient, and always on time. The gym, while not very big, was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.
