Pullman Bandung Grand Central

Second time staying in this hotel. Spend around 350 days a year in hotels and have to say, this one is possibly the best hotel I stay at. The whole team here are fantastic. Warm welcomes and friendly people which for me is the most important part of the stay. Little messages in the room, a welcome message on the mirror in the bathroom all add to the warm welcomes. The rooms are lovely and clean, food in the restaurant was absolutely divine and the breakfast was fantastic. A special thank you to Sinatra who was so helpful and friendly at breakfast and Feby from Guest Relations who is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I absolutely love this hotel!!!

Such a nice and comfy hotel! Everything feels fresh and clean, and I really love the signature scent they have, it smells sooo good for me. The playground is pretty cool too, perfect for little kids to run around. But for older kids, like 7+, I wish there were more things to do just a few more activities would make it even better. Overall, super relaxing stay. Would definitely come back!

Reception was friendly and hospitable. Room was comfortable and spacious. But the spa is not great. Service experience wasn’t good as made booking for 90min but was told could only do 60min as there was another reservation. But the phone reservation was for 90min and the lady only obliged after I expressed doubt and asked her to recheck. The massage standards can be improved.
