I had a wonderful business stay at the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof. The hotel is excellent, with modern and comfortable rooms that made my stay very pleasant. Its central location is ideal for both business and leisure, with easy access to key spots in Berlin. The breakfast was nice and offered a good variety to start the day. The staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

I stayed for 4 days and thought everything was perfect. I ordered room service and the food was delicious. There was one dish listed on the menu (potato moussaka) that, unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t serving, so I ended up ordering the vegetarian burger and the prawns Caesar salad. For vegetarians, those are decent options, but I think they should offer gluten-free bread as an option for people like me who are celiac or gluten intolerant. The staff and receptionists were super friendly and attentive. The room was very well cleaned.

Excellent location. Close to several tourist and business interests. Rooms are spacious, with a plenty of sunlight and free from noise. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is great too! Service was hit and miss. Some staff members at the reception were excellent. Restaurant staff was super polite and helpful too. Had some issues with the housekeeping staff. Housekeeping staff tried to enter my room twice while I was inside the room. Knocked on the door repeatedly at an awkward hour to check “whether the in room bar was used”. In most other places this would have been a serious offence. My complaint was heard by the reception staff and I was assured that this was not racist but simply the housekeeping staff not following the protocols. I give them a benefit of doubt. I wouldn’t mind coming back to this hotel though given that it’s really a decent place and good value for money
