Pullman Brisbane Airport

Excellent facilities and friendly staff. We arrived just after midnight, severely jet-lagged after 17 hours of flying (2 adult and 2 children) and one of us with food poisoning. We were greeted by onsite staff who assisted us to get to our room quickly in our bleary eyes state. The rooms were perfect at Pullmans.. Super comfortable beds and all the essentials we needed were provided. A fantastic selection of teas and coffee, 24 hour room service (which was put to good use) and late checkout if desired. Beautiful comfortable linens and pillows gave us the sleep we'd been dreaming of. The location is walkabout from Brisbane Domestic Airport and there is a free shuttle from the International Airport to the domestic you can use. The rooms are soundproofed so we slept 13 hours without a single plane noise waking us. 24 hour Room service and great food. There's a cool bar downstairs (we were too buggered to use) but we did have plenty of room service brought up. Late checkout was a must and they happily accommodated us. Highly recommend, one of the best Airport stays in Brisbane if you must do a stopover or need someone to base yourself close to airport. 👌

I rarely write reviews until after the whole experience however since my arrival I have complete confidence in recommending this hotel. The service is outstanding & I was so grateful after a long overnight flight to obtain a slightly earlier check-in. The staff at reception were amazing & so very helpful. I really appreciated that. The breakfast is fabulous & all the staff are excellent. The rooms are so lovely & very spacious. The bed is so comfortable & I particularly appreciate the beautiful linen & fabulous pillows! It is so close to the airports & walkable from domestic being so close. The free bus service to domestic from international was so convenient & a very easy walk then to the hotel. I love the Pullman at the airport. It has friendly staff, is quiet, and is comfortable. The only issue is arriving late in the evening from Melbourne; the walk at night is not so good. It would be great to have a shuttle bus service from the domestic arrivals.
