We had such a great stay at Pullman Bunker Bay! The location is stunning, peaceful bushland with direct beach access just a short walk away. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, especially the buggy drivers who were lovely to chat with and shared great local tips and same as the receptionists! The spa was a perfect way to unwind, and we really appreciated the outdoor shower after coming back from the beach. The food was fantastic too, fresh and full of flavour. They have daily specials for dinner as well. A beautiful, relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Decided to stay for a few days here and use the hotel as a base for exploring the area including Margaret River, Cape Naturaliste, Caves and Wineries. Very friendly greeting, taken to villa on a buggy. Very spacious room and bathroom with every amenity you could need. Everywhere was spotless, bed very comfortable and plenty of tea coffee milk etc. Grounds of property spacious and you were definitely not overlooked. Easy walk down to the lake and the beach - which was virtually deserted. Breakfast was self service with a large choice, everything fresh and being continually topped up and cleaned. couldn't fault it. Even bought some bags of their homemade muesli to take with us. Had dinner in the restaurant one night, quality of food superb and reasonably priced.

The resort entrance gives off a fancy vibe, but once we got inside, the staff just didn’t seem interested in helping out. The bed in our room wasn’t all that clean, either. After we checked out, my family felt itchy for days. Not a great sign. Waiting for the luggage buggy? Felt like forever. We stayed for two days and one night, and tried dinner, afternoon tea, and breakfast. Honestly, the food was just okay—nothing special. Maybe they were short-staffed because it’s winter. Still, for the price we paid, it just didn’t feel worth it.
