What a wonderful experience. All staff were friendly, engaging and so helpful! The food was devine and they catered for all dietary requirements just as part of the service. A slight issue with a shower was dealt with as soon as we mentioned it and by the time we got back to the hotel it had been sorted. Fantastic. Shout out to Georgia who went above and beyond at the reception desk for us as first timers.
We had a brilliant trip to Cairns and were well looked after at the Pullman Cairns. The pool was out of action for our stay and they were fantastic at sorting us out with other options. The rooms were so lovely and a great spread at breakfast. Only slight critique, service at dinner was fairly slow and the food wasn’t great.
I attended Cairns for business and arrived at 12am. Friendly night manager expedited check in. In fact all staff I meet were friendly and were eager to please. Room was very comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was amazing. There is an egg station where the Chef makes crepes to order. They make the perfect de cafe flat white.
