The hotel staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional at all times. Warm greetings and a smile on their face each time you see them. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. We had a welcome platter and a bottle of wine which was a wonderful touch. The meals we had were delicious and filling, especially from the Sushi Bar in the lobby area. The location was good and the complimentary shuttle service to the waterfront was a bonus.

I had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and its location is ideal—close to everything you might need. I highly recommend using delivery apps during your stay for added convenience. A special thanks to Auen for the warm and professional welcome. I also truly appreciate the rest of the reception team for their patience and understanding when I made a mistake—they handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. It made a big difference in my experience. Another thing worth mentioning is the presence of security outside the hotel, which shows their commitment to guest safety and comfort. It gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return.
