Pullman Doha West Bay

After spending a wonderful 2 weeks in your facility in west bay Doha, I wish to express utmost gratitude for the stuff of the hotel from the gate keeps to the cleaners to the welcoming team at the lounge to the stuff in the kitchen. They were kind and exemplary . My special thanks to Ajay House keeping room number 910 for keeping my room like it was never occupied since it's construction. I can't ask for any better service elsewhere and wish to return again and again. God bless

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The staff were all very accommodating, and special thanks to Ms. Phoo at the reception for her exceptional service. She went beyond by selecting a room with the best view for us and even provided a complimentary upgrade. Every request we made was promptly fulfilled. The food at the Executive Lounge was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a highly recommendable.

The only thing that let you down was the lounge. When the lady was working everything was fine. I visited the room on several different occasions when the men were working and there were. 1. No plates had to ask. 2. No knives or folks had to ask. 3. No milk had to ask 4. No orange juice had to ask 5. On the last day there were dirty dishes on a few tables while the employee sat on the computer and left them for my entire duration. Other than that the room and the rest of the staff were excellent. Also we had a baby. The front desk said we were not to use the lounge at any time with a baby so on the first morning we bought breakfast downstairs . I asked upstairs and they said we could use the floor but not after 5. After 5 should be allowed to have a baby.
