Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Baiyun Airport Hotel as a crew member and again as a business traveler, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! I normally stay at the Pullman at Guangzhou Airport for convenience. I got to know Cherish Zou from the Executive Lounge from my last stay in 2023. She looked after me very well during my stay and again she looked after me very well too this time. She even put me to the same room as my previous stay. She greeted me at the lounge and provided excellent service. She made sure my booking was well looked after by sending message across to the check in desk. She has built good rapport with me and I will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is certainly easy to find being a short six to eight walk from Terminal 2. I booked a day room here which was easy through email with the hotel and it was comfortable enough. The rooms are large although somewhat dated but the bed was comfortable at the bathroom well appointed. The meal I had from roof service was also nice. Staff seemed to speak good English here and were quite friendly. I would come back if I'd needed a night to connect flights in Guangzhou.
