Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel

Great hotel where I spent 3 days. The room matched with the description, as well as the rest of the hotel which is modern, well decorated and provides a great service. The staff is caring, helpful and extremely polite and smiling. I had the feeling of being treated like a princess. The swimming pool is a real plus as well as the restaurants. The food is rather good and tasty, even though slightly overpriced. The views either from the room or the swimming pool are spectacular, but it made me feel a bit uncomfortable knowing that we were surrounded with lower standard building. What I loved the most about the place were being able to use the swimming pool (towels are provided and you can enjoy a drink there as there is a pool bar), the considerate and kind staff and all the services. I strongly recommend this place

I lived for a couple of weeks, a gorgeous hotel, the studio room is very convenient for those staying for a long time, there is everything you need, a beautiful view of the city! The staff is attentive, kind, always ready to help. Delicious food, breakfast has everything you need for different nationalities and tastes, amazing restaurants and bars, everywhere there is a beautiful view of the city! I really liked the pool, the water is always the perfect temperature. I will definitely come back only to this hotel in Haiphong!

Stayed for 3 nights as a work trip and thoroughly impressed with this relatively new hotel. The standards were very high with excellent friendly staff. Although it was extremely busy when I stayed check-in and out was efficient and smooth. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, I stayed in a corner room which was very large and luxurious. The only slight negative was the breakfast was somewhat chaotic with the hotel being busy and some breakfast items ran out to quickly. Overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel as it’s the best in the city and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
