Pullman Hanoi is an excellent hotel. As a welcome gesture, we were offered a refreshing welcome drink. The booking manager, Ms. Loan, gave us a warm reception and assisted us with the check-in process in a very professional and courteous manner. We would like to sincerely thank her for the wonderful hospitality. All the services at Pullman Hanoi have been excellent, and we truly appreciated our stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hanoi and truly appreciated how accommodating and considerate the staff were throughout my visit. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service during my stay, everything exceeded expectations. The team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, helping with early check-in requests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering both comfort and functionality. The location is also ideal—close to key attractions but still peaceful enough to relax after a day out.

I stayed at Pullman Hanoi a few times, and it’s always quite an experience to enjoy. I’m really impressed with the quality of service, especially when it comes to the executive lounge. The check in process is super fast and smooth, the breakfast is really good. I always get help on any matters if I ask there at the lounge during my stay. The front desk team is also very nice and helpful. Also, it’s a pleasure to get a number of Accor loyalty program benefits every time I stay there - from room upgrade to the beautiful and nice suite to late checkouts, if it’s necessary.
