As a frequent guest at the Pullman Pinghu, I can confidently recommend this outstanding hotel for its exceptional facilities and warm, friendly service. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Top-Notch Facilities The hotel boasts modern and stylishly designed rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city and lake views. The indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and other amenities are top-notch, allowing guests to relax and unwind during their stay. The hotel's parking facilities, including charging stations for electric vehicles, are also conveniently available. Impeccable Service The staff at Pullman Pinghu truly shines with their attentive and personalized service. They proactively reach out before arrival to understand my preferences and have my room ready in advance. Throughout my stay, they consistently check in to ensure all my needs are met, making me feel truly at home. Minor Change in Lounge Location and Hours The only minor drawback is that the hotel's lounge seems to have undergone a change in location and operating hours, which is different from my previous visits. However, I trust that this adjustment was made to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Overall, the Pullman Pinghu is an exceptional hotel that offers excellent value for its top-tier facilities and impeccable service. I highly recommend it and look forward to my future stays at this remarkable establishment.

The impression that one gets after entering the hotel for the first time is not matched by the expectation. Let me provide 3 examples. The first is the breakfast which is disappointing. The selections are limited, and lack of meat plates was noticeable. An omelette station or one or 2 pork/chicken dishes would have made things a lot better. Second is the gym. They look good but they operate poorly. I suspect they were badly designed and the pulleys are not smooth and even. Third, a/c was not set properly. It was always humid in the lobby and my room would get warm at night and then cool down during the day (thermostat set to 23C constantly). On the plus side, the team’s attitude and hospitality were quite good. People were always willing to help from the car dropoff to the elevator cleaning lady to the housekeeper. Well done on that front.

Good hotel with beautiful rooms. Amenities are on demand. Breakfast spread is good. Not too many vegetarian options in western food for dinner. Should all more vegan or vegetarian food options.
