Pullman Khao Lak Resort

We truly enjoyed our 7-day stay in 2024! The resort feels like a true 5-star experience everything from the staff to the buffets was outstanding. Our kids especially loved having direct access to the pool, which connected to the children’s play area. We stayed in a family room that was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The gym was excellent and fully equipped, and our children had a great time participating in the daily activities and the kids club. The only downside was the location. The resort is about 30 minutes from the main town of Khao Lak, and transport was only available in the back of a Ute. It didn’t feel safe or comfortable, and we were told this was the only option available. Because of that, we probably wouldn’t stay for a full week again but we’d definitely come back for a shorter visit to relax and unwind.

So kids friendly resort. Many kids pool and kids classes makes happy for children. Hotel manager Milan is so professional and good at this resort management. In addition, almost crews of Bell boys, Front desk, Restaurant Server/Chef/kitchen crews are so kind and nice. Especially, Ms. GIN who is front desk crew is so kind to my family. I'm Korean, she learned Korean language. That hospitality makes my parents happy.

From the moment I arrived at Pullman Khao Lak Resort, I knew I had chosen something special.The setting is absolutely breathtaking tucked along a quiet pristine stretch of beach with the most peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.Whether you're looking to unwind, reconnect with family, or indulge in some well deserved pampering, this resort delivers it.The hospitality was exceptional, every staff member I met was warm, helpful, and genuinely eager to make my stay perfect. A special shoutout to the team at the swim-up pool bar to their care and professionalism made a real impression.There’s something magical about watching the sunset from the beachfront pool. The pool areas were clean, spacious, and never too crowded. And the beach? Soft sand, clear water, and the gentle sound of waves absolute.This resort is incredibly family, friendly, with a kids' club, water slides, and daily activities. But it also manages to be serene and relaxing for couples or solo travelers a perfect balance. Very recommended 👌 🌟 🌟 💫
