We have a very pleasant 3 nights stay. Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect, the staff really trying their best to provide us the ultimate comfort during our stay. The hotel landscape, architectural design, the food, room design, etc all perfect.

Room is slightly aged but still in very good working condition, however what really shines through is their unparalled hospitality and services, special shout out to Rita at reception desk whom went the extra mile to take care of our last min day trip planning and follow up closely through ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Good and relaxing stay to close year 2024. Aged hotel should look into improving its hardware and breakfast menu. Staff are attentive during my stay and surprise arrangement on my birthday. Temperature in living room and bathroom are not warm enough during winter months. But housekeeping staff are quick to rectify this issue with portable heater. Otherwise it’s a charming resort with proximity to old town of Suhe and easy access to places of interest.
