Great hotel, the room was modern with great facilities and the breakfast was delicious. Great to have access to a gym too, it’s small but more than adequate for a night away. Worth knowing that they ask for ID at check in, I had booked via work and didn’t know this but luckily I had my work pass
Impressive hotel with great views across the river. Had an issue with my booking on check in and the staff were very helpful. The room was amazing, very big and modern. Perfect for when you are at an event next door as it links straight in without going outside. Super friendly staff.
We stayed at the Pullman since we had booked to see a concert at the M&S Arena. The Arena is virtually next to the hotel. Our night at the Pullman was very enjoyable. We had a room on the second floor which was clean and well appointed. Brilliant bathroom with a very large shower and separate bath. Large TV. Breakfast was superb.
