Stay for 2 nights using suite upgrade coupons, been upgraded to a junior suite facing the British Library and the stunning St. Pancras Station building. Room is spacious and quiet. Water pressure is the best. The hotel is well located and easy to go to everywhere, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, the bar offers very good cocktails and all sorts of liquors. Had my welcome drink there, you can order everything from the drink list, so generous!
We had an exceptional stay at the Pullman St Pancras. From check in to departure everything went smoothly. We got a free upgrade from classic to deluxe which was appreciated. The bed is super comfortable and the rooms are really quiet. Apart from the occasional door slam everything was peaceful. Breakfast is also fantastic, my only criticism is them not supplying black pudding for breakfast. We left the hotel to go to Kings Cross for our journey home but all the trains had been cancelled. We went back to the hotel to see if we could relax there and they were totally accommodating, even suggested a quiet zone downstairs for us to relax in.

They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. I would like to highlight the kindness of the Italian receptionist, who was absolutely delightful charming, nice, and always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant team was equally attentive and courteous, ensuring every meal was a pleasant experience. I am sincerely grateful to the entire staff for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication throughout my stay. The hotel itself is elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located just a short walk from St Pancras station ideal for both leisure and business travelers. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. It’s a place where comfort meets excellence, and where every detail contributes to a truly memorable experience.
