Pullman Luang Prabang

Our stay at Pullman Resort in Luang Prabang was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of the entire staff and the superb amenities. The drivers provided warm, seamless transfers, while the front desk staff offered efficient service and thoughtful assistance, including resolving an ATM card issue. The restaurant team elevated every meal with attentive care, and the housekeeping crew kept our room pristine, with spotless tiles, clean tatami mats, and an inviting balcony—perfect for barefoot relaxation. We loved the well-equipped gym, bicycles for exploring the stunning surroundings, and a convenient golf cart ride. The staff’s prompt response to noisy neighbors, complete with extra treats, showcased their dedication. Every detail, from the immaculate grounds to the tranquil ambiance, made our stay unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return!

Our family stayed here last month. While the hotel is promoted as 5-star, I would rate it closer to a 3+. The room itself was comfortable, but the balcony had dirty plastic furniture, service was slow, and there was often no staff present at the lobby. One of the Chinese staff members was especially rude, which left a negative impression. I've stayed at several Pullman hotels across Southeast Asia and always had great experiences—unfortunately, the Luang Prabang property did not meet the same standard. That said, our tour was absolutely perfect—guided by a knowledgeable local team who made the experience in Laos truly memorable.

I had a really great experience during my 3-night stay at Pullman Luang Prabang. The room was large and very clean, with a beautiful view of the rice fields. The gym was nice and well-maintained, and the swimming pools were big with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. The staff were all very friendly, kind, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is a little bit far from the town center (about 10 minutes by car), but they offer a free shuttle every hour, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!
