Pullman Lyon

I only have positive things to say about Pullman Lyon. Checkin went smoothly and we were able to get our rooms before 15.00. The staff were polite and friendly, and also gave our kids an activity set at check in. The rooms were clean, spacious and bathrooms were great also. We will for sure stay at Pullman again, and I can't recommend the hotel enough. It is very family friendly, and a huge bonus is the play room and also the small play area in the lobby/ bar, so the parents can enjoy a drink while the kids play.

had a fantastic stay at the Pullman Lyon! The hotel is ideally located right next to Lyon Part-Dieu station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The team was warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. Everything from the location to the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Lyon and were impressed by its modern, stylish design and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are oversized by European standards, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind making it a definite highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, we did experience an issue with the air conditioning that couldn’t be resolved during our visit. That said, the staff were responsive, courteous, and did their best to assist despite the limitations. Their effort and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with standout service and spacious rooms. We’d consider staying again.
