Pullman at its best! Spotlessly clean room (Cristina did a really great job), nice ambience and plenty of amenities. Including a Nespresso coffeemaker and a water cooker, as well as a mini bar. Unfortunately, the TV on my room was not smart and I couldn't connect my device to watch my local stations. I like the free WiFi and the windows that can be opened. I can recommend this hotel for a visit of IFEMA nearby, also the Metro station is just a short walk away. There are nice restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will come back, if I visit IFEMA again. Update 22nd March: Breakfast very good, with a broad choice of meals. You will find continental breakfast, full English or local/ Spanish. I can recommend the really fresh orange juice and the cereals as well as the delicious cakes!

Loved all the facilities. The bed was super comfortable, the room was perfectly clean (thank to Bory). The only thing was the air conditioned which wasn’t controllable and the room was always super hot. The shower also had low pressure.

We stayed here seven nights as part of a Real Madrid soccer camp package. Unfortunately this hotel felt entitled to charge customers the full price while carrying out massive construction during all working hours. This is a horrible experience for families who have kids playing soccer, especially considering everyone is dealing with jet lag. We woke up one night to water pouring in the hallway. Luckily we hadn’t left anything in the hallway or it would’ve been ruined. No apologies from the hotel for flooding our room or for having repair issues while we were trying to get ready for the day. There is not a way to change the temperature system in the room as it’s locked. For a four star hotel, this isn’t standard. The breakfast was served next door at the Novotel, and the chef has completely given up on any variety of food. The staff could either be extremely warm or hostile, which leads me to believe there is zero management in either hotel(s). By day seven, we were so over the breakfast buffet! The pluses are the lifeguard (he was very nice-and there is a lifeguard), and the cleaning staff was beyond gracious. I felt bad that she had to work for a poorly run organization. The digital situation at the hotel is deplorable with the TV menu blinking out and WiFi not working at all in some areas. I emailed management multiple times with zero response. They clearly don’t care and are entitled due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport and other facilities. Avoid both of these hotels if possible!
