Pullman Melbourne City Centre

Pullman Melbourne City is a beautiful hotel close to all the action of China town. The self use kiosk makes checking in & out a breeze. The room was beautifully appointed with two large and extremely comfortable double beds. Well stocked mini bar, with high quality tea, coffee and alcohol. The bathroom was also great. Lovely shower with great water pressure and quality toiletry products. Ordered room service for dinner the first night and breakfast on checkout day. All food was very high standard and really tasty!

Great location right in the heart of Chinatown—plenty of food and cafes nearby, and easy access to the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a five-night stay. However, during the first three nights, only two of the four lifts were working, leading to frustrating delays of up to five minutes. Staff were friendly overall, though breakfast service could be more attentive. Despite some minor issues, the location and room quality make this hotel a decent choice.

I stayed here for business purpose. The location was good and staff professional, not all were friendly. The room was nice and spacious and bed fairly comfortable. It was good to have lots of options to watch thing on TV to help unwind after work. They have 2 restaurants and have room service however restaurants are closed Sunday and Monday. If you can prepare food for room service why wouldn’t you open a restaurant? The Menu is limited and apart from the pizza there really isn’t anything exciting about the menu. It is good that there are lots of options to eat around the area as it is located in China Town. The money they charge for food is absolutely not worth it as it isn’t that great. Room service food always came up cold. I was charged twice for my stay and the young girl at reception insisted that I wasn’t, even when I showed her my bank statement with 2 transactions. She just shrugged and said to speak to my bank. After taking this further I was told I was right. “We did charge you twice”. I have to stay here for work but if it was by choice I probably wouldn’t.
