Huge shout-out to the hotel for it's top-notch customer service! Victoria & Eleanor were amazing and allowed us to re-check into the hotel on a day pass after we originally checked out after our appointment got delayed by several hours. We were very grateful for the hospitality, AC, comfy bed, and shower to use while we were stuck waiting. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's amazing staff, good breakfast, and proximity to the airport!
If you have flights out the evening after a cruise, this is a great place to relax. We got a day room for the 9 hours between disembarking our cruise and our flights home. The hotel is slightly dated, but the price point reflects that. It was clean and the pool area is pretty nice. They stored our luggage and they have an airport shuttle that runs regularly. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel…close to the airport. No resort fees or charge for bus service to the Airport. Spacious lobby and step down bar/dining room overlooks the pool and lake. Room was spacious…mattress was a little soft for me, but didn’t interrupt my sleep. Chaise was a nice touch, although small stains as it sits right next to the coffee pot.
