Pullman Miri Waterfront

I enjoyed my recent stay at Pullman Miri. The location and view were excellent, and the breakfast selection was impressive — delicious and well-prepared. However, I would like to highlight that room cleanliness needs improvement, as there was noticeable dust on the table and other surfaces. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate the hospitality. I will definitely consider booking again for my next business trip.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The service was excellent — staff were attentive, professional, and made the experience very pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout. The facilities, especially the gym, were outstanding — all equipment was top-notch. However, the food could be improved in terms of variety and taste. It would also be great to have more TV channel options, especially movies, to enhance the in-room experience. Despite these small areas for improvement, the overall experience was positive, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others!

I was pleasantly surprised by how large the deluxe room and bathroom were. The top square pillows were a bit crumbly, not smooth. The light at the room lobby/dinning area was very dim. We’ve to move the tall lamp next to the TV to the dining room. There was a large size fridge but no microwave. Only one bathrobe was there but two pairs of slippers available.
