I stay at Pullman Munich every year — it’s truly one of the best hotels in the city! The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are always welcoming and professional. During my last stay, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, and the room was absolutely amazing — spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable. The location is also fantastic: just 17 minutes by metro to the city center and around 30 minutes from the airport. The area is quiet, safe, and well-connected. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munich — whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

The good: Great location and very close to a supermarket and transit. Check in was easy and we liked the spa. The bad: Our room had a massive stain on the carpet (coffee?) and the hair dryer was filthy. You have to request room cleaning, and the one day we used the cleaning service, they left us with less towels than what we started with. Nor did they leave us any coffee beyond our initial check in. Overall the location was great but I think more attention to detail and cleanliness is needed.

As I've booked directly from the hotel website, additional reviews here. 1) The condition to some of the furniture is very dated and needed change / refurnishment. The Do Not Disturb / Room clean up card was missing. 2) Housekeeping did not do a great job. When I entered the room, I could not find a dustbin in under the workdesk which is unusual. The only dustbin available is in the bathroom. The cables are disconnected from it's sockets. Furthermore the shower gel was extremely diluted like someone had taken out the gel and filled in with water (maybe another guest?). When compared to the hand gel and shampoo, it's clear the texture of the shower gel is not consistent. 3) Front desk is literally useless. Given feedback twice with zero action. First feedback given on 1 August at 19:00 to a front desk mature guy before I left for dinner. Came back few hours later to find the same shower gel. Next day 12pm, given second feedback to another guy on the shower gel + the door hanging card is missing and the room needed to be serviced. Came back at 6pm to find no action, room was not made up. Tried to go to the reception to give feedback again, the same guy from day 1, was just looking busy at his computer, ignoring me despite standing in front of him. Left without trying anymore. Give up! As a customer who booked directly from your app and not through other booking platform, it's horrible to be treated this way, especially you would have made more profit from my booking compared to me booking from other platform. Hope you take action on your staffs to improve guest experience. Good luck..
