I had such a great experience during my first stay at the hotel! The room was absolutely beautiful, and the staff welcomed me with open arms, which was really nice since I arrived bright and early at 6 AM. The hotel was perfectly located for all my meetings, and it made it super easy for me to pick up gifts for my kids. Overall, it was a fantastic visit!
I’ve had an amazing stay at Pullman hotel. I enjoyed the service there. Terry, Nicholas and George at the reception were amazing. However,I recommend for the pillows in the room to be a bit smaller and softer At least two soft and then the other two to be normal ones.
Great experience, Location and service. Hotel is freshly renovated so all amenities are premium and new. Breakfast is nice and you can feel that hotel team has problem solving attitude rather than just formally telling you ok, we will sort it out. Next time I am in Nairobi, i will choose Pullman! Very high level approach to safety and guest experience.
