Very friendly staff the rooms were very clean. The indoor pool is beautiful, though be prepared to wear a bathing cap. The breakfast is expensive but has a great range, including a cheese platter. The hotel has a lovely garden, big enough for a decent jog. Right next to Wanda mall.
Good hotel for local and business
Were a frequent guest of your hotel groups, we like the room and staff are very friendly, but we all got disappointed when we got there last week before we leave that night and have dinner..Music is good,but your entertainer is not really paying attention to some guest,,seems like she's talking or using mobile phone while working? Do you allow your employees like this? This is something new....well to make the story short.its our bosses birthday that night,,we ask them if she could sing a HBD song..we done our dinner almost goin to pay the bill and thats the time she remembered to sing. Too busy of using "mobile phone while working"..very disappointed.....maybe you could do something about it........
