Great hotel. Location was good. Friendly staff, all from the security to the reception to the restaurants and house keeping were so friendly! Good facilities, even has a barber shop. Good choice of drinks and food and coffee at the mini shop in the lobby. Stunning views over the water and right on the beach. 7/11 and lots of small restaurants right next to the resort.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, neat, and exceptionally clean—truly worth every penny. The overall ambiance was comfortable and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after a long journey They have private beach .must go The hospitality and services provided exceeded my expectations. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for quality and comfort.
Our recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a mix of admiration and deep disappointment. The hotel itself is truly beautiful—modern, clean, and well-maintained with stunning facilities. From the elegant lobby to the spacious, well-appointed rooms and inviting pool area, everything about the property reflects high standards. The staff were exceptional: warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. We really appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism throughout our stay. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing and luxurious experience was overshadowed by interactions with other guests that left us feeling uncomfortable, and at times, unsafe. As Canadians, we were disheartened to find ourselves frequently misidentified as American by certain guests—specifically, men from Russian-speaking groups. On multiple occasions, I experienced deliberate shoulder-checking while walking through shared spaces, along with aggressive remarks in Russian that, while not fully understood, were clearly not friendly. The hostility and lack of respect created a tense atmosphere, which eventually pushed us to cut our stay short. This behavior was not isolated, and it was persistent enough to severely impact our comfort and enjoyment. In contrast, when we relocated to another hotel in Pattaya, the difference in guest demeanor was immediate and significant—we felt at ease and welcomed again. We want to be clear: our disappointment is not with the Pullman staff or the hotel itself, but with the lack of consideration from certain guests, which we recognize can be difficult for management to control. That said, we do believe the hotel should be aware of the environment some of their guests are creating for others. We will be addressing this directly with hotel management in the hope that steps can be taken to ensure all guests feel safe and respected. Therefore I can not give the hotel a 5 star rating which they clearly deserve. We truly hope to return someday under better circumstances, as the hotel and its staff deserve praise.
