Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

My family and I had an amazing stay at this resort, and we’re truly happy with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and every interaction with the team made us feel valued and at home. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful view that we enjoyed every day. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—our child slept soundly every night, which made our stay even more relaxing. I also visited the spa during our stay and really enjoyed it—it was just what we needed to unwind. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide range of choices that pleased both the adults and the little one. One unforgettable moment was on our last day when I realized my phone was missing. I immediately called the receptionist from our room, and the staff responded quickly and kindly. They went above and beyond to help me locate it—and to my relief, they found it and even delivered it directly to our room. That level of care and service truly left a lasting impression. This resort is the perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we will definitely be coming back again!

The pool view is stunning, and the bedroom is very comfortable and relaxing. Great view, reasonable price, and the staff are welcoming and provide excellent service. The atmosphere is peaceful—I really liked it. However, for elderly guests, some areas may be challenging as access requires going up stairs and there is no elevator.

Overall good. Room condition is not new as you imagine, can visibly see wear and tear. Honestly a bit disappointed when me and my wife got into the room. However, you can easily let it go and enjoy this decent size resort type grand deluxe room. Great swimming pool with ocean view, quiet float swimming pool for adults - good tacos. My wife enjoyed gym. But. I experienced inconsistent amenities, some gets refilled and some did not in couple of occasions for 4nights stay. Didn’t feel good. I had awful noise from room upstairs and next door and the reception kindly changed room to a quiet area as requested. Slept well after room change. Breakfast was normal. Recommend local cafe : hydeaway@saku. Direct Beach access from hotel. Beach was okay.
