Amazing resort with excellent service! Special thanks to Mr Pae for the warm welcome during check in and the wonderful offer, and to Mrs Wan for her hard work in keeping my room spotless every day. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done to make my birthday trip unforgettable. I will definitely be back to visit you again very soon! BTW the transfer tram is very interesting! I love it!

We spent four terrific nights at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Karon Beach Resort recently. The hotel is undergoing some exciting renovations, and that’s good stuff. While facilities are important, I always find that it is the people at any hotel/resort/restaurant that really makes the most meaningful difference. That is absolutely true of the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Karon Beach Resort. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely friendly. The people at the resort made our experience there quite wonderful. I wish I could list all the names, but unfortunately I was unable to get everybody’s name. That said, EVERYONE was pretty terrific. I want to mention some of the names I was able to get below. MOON - She was everywhere and always had a smile and a kind word to share. From the breakfast buffet to the Panorama Lounge, Moon made us, and everyone else, feel seen and special. HONG - Thank you for making our afternoon visits to the Panorama Lounge so special. BUSAMA, PIM, KEHM - Thank you, and your entire team, for making breakfast truly the most important meal of the day. Beyond your attentive service and helpfulness, your smiles and kindness were the best start to each and every day. PRIM - We met Prim at the front desk when we checked in and she escorted us to our room. She was so helpful in acclimating ourselves to all the resort had to offer. Thank you! RAINNY - Thank you for your help with some special requests during checkout. PAI - The fitness center was a highlight of our stay. Thank you! CHRISTIAN - We so appreciated the time you took each day to check-in with us, chat, or share some terrific breakfast recommendations. You and your team have put together a really special community, thank you. I do not have the names of the cafe staff, the bartenders at the pools, the bellmen, the shuttle drivers, but like I said before, everybody was stellar. The resort grounds are lovely. The beach is only steps away. There are some local shops and restaurants within easy walking distance as well. I highly recommend spending some time at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Karon Beach Resort the next time you are in the area.

Lovely resort! The territory is beautiful and super relaxing, and the location is spot on. The beach is just a 2–3 minute walk away — you do need to cross a road, but there’s always a friendly security guard there to help stop the traffic. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. There’s a nice play area for kids, and overall the place has a chill, family-friendly vibe. Staff were kind and always ready to help. We’d happily come back!
