Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

We stayed at this resort for 3 nights and loved it so much that we didn’t want to move to another hotel. We were upgraded to a beachfront pool villa, which came with a private pool – absolutely perfect for staying with kids. Big thanks to Nathan to upgrade our room to make our holiday even better! Julien gave us a warm welcome and a tour of the resort, and most of the other staff were very friendly as well. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but especially loved the variety of the lunch buffet by the pool. My kids couldn’t get enough of the pool area and the kids club. We loved it so much here that we didn’t even feel the need to go on tours outside the resort – we spent all our time right here. The food was great overall, the sea was shallow and crystal clear with plenty of fish to see, and the water temperature was just perfect for swimming with kids. The fire show in the evening was fantastic, and the 90-minute massage I had at the spa right in front of our villa was incredible. Therapist Ya was professional, friendly, and highly skilled – the 90 minutes flew by and completely relieved my fatigue while allowing me to fully relax. If you stay here, I highly recommend trying the spa. Our family loved this place so much that we’ve already decided to book a longer stay next time. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 From start to finish, the baggage service at the hotel was flawless. The process was smooth, well organized, and incredibly quick. What really stood out, however, was the team who went above and beyond to make sure my luggage was handled with care and returned without any stress. A very special thank you to Bale, Tong, New, Pun, Yang, and Medsai — each of them showed true professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. They greeted me warmly, ensured my belongings were safe, and made me feel completely taken care of. Their teamwork and hospitality turned what is often a routine service into a memorable experience. This level of care and efficiency reflects the hotel’s true commitment to guests. I couldn’t be more impressed — highly recommended!

We had a great holiday, staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was superb, fresh and delicious- more than ample to please everyone. We loved the beach and pools and we were close to the street cafes and little market. We stayed in room 1304, the ocean view was perfect, the room however is a little tired and needs a refresh. A coffee machine would have been a good addition. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Room Services were a little slow and house keeping a little bit hit and miss. Overall it was great with just a few minor issues. We will definitely return one day.
