Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and any special requests were handled promptly and professionally. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I interacted with Ms. Alexandra—from the front desk to the restaurant and concierge—was friendly, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. They offered great recommendations for local attractions and dining, which really enhanced my trip. The amenities were top-notch as well. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals with great variety and customer service was great by Ms. Christa. Overall, my stay at Pullman was wonderful. The service truly made the difference, and I will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

From the second I walked through the doors, it didn’t feel like just checking into a hotel — it felt like being welcomed home. The reception team greeted me with warmth and genuine care, and I thought, “This is special.” But that feeling didn’t stop there. Every person I’ve interacted with — whether it’s the support staff, restaurant team, or housekeeping — has been absolutely amazing. Not just polite, but truly kind. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every little detail. The food? Delicious. The service? Flawless. The vibe? Calm, comforting, and full of heart. 💫 It’s a bit bittersweet knowing the hotel is going into renovation soon… but one thing’s for sure: I’m coming back once it reopens. Places like this are rare — and I’m so glad I found it.
